My mother MS. KUNTI DEVI bought this certificate of property Allotment no. RCC0392609 on 30th April 2010. You would note that the same promised the holder a total payout of Rs. 100,000/- on an investment of 10,000/- at the end of the term on 30th April 2026. We understand that the Company had intentions of any such payout and was actually a case of commercial fraud. We request your esteemed office to please take up our case in the consumer court and get us a justified refund of both the principal amount and the legally acceptable rate of interest on this investment. Further, we would also like to claim damages for the loss in not being able to use this money for other purposes, as deemed rational and fit in this case.
