Not able to subscribe SGB due to non transfer of fund

Dear sir,
I have account with Reliance Security for online transaction of finance related matter. My account no is UMSH004E with Rsec. I use to transact in various segments through rsec portal.
For subscribing in SGB trench-II for Rs. 52000, I transferred Rs. 26000 three times but due to faulty system my fund did not get transferred immediately & hence I could not subscribe to SGB on 22.01.2016. Also my request for RSP Goldbees got rejected due to non transfer of my fund in time. Due to this I incurred great loss worth of 6000 to 7000. Company has refused to give me compensation telling wrong. Kindly inform Reliance Security to give me adequate compensation with interest asap.
