My amount not return from Magnum Financial Services.

Dear sir
I invest an amount One Lack (100000.00) in Magnum Financial Service at a interest of 4% par month in March 2012 from a cheque of allahabad bank. The cheque no is 390131 dated 16 march 2012. The cheque pay to CLE39013131MAGNUM at 21 march. After that only three month he give an interest . When I apply to returned my money he donot care. He give a bouns cheque. I sand his image.
Sir please help me.
