I bought L & T Mutual fund units through online.lntmf.com on 8-Jan-2018
Same day I NEFT the amount Rs 50,000 through my Karnataka Bank Account.
I made a complaint on 11-Jan-2018 with no. 2023582 stating units not aloted.
My investment detail as below.
Name: Vasantha Kumar Ramakrishna Renjal.
Pan NO: ASAPR3833L
Fund Name: L & T Emerging Business Fund.
Plan: Direct.
Trxn No: 46904186
Amount Invested: Rs 50,000.00
NEFT Through: Karnataka Bank A/c No 0752500102865901
to A/c No: LTMFASAPR3833L
IFSC Code: CITI0100000
Investment & NEFT Date: 8-Jan-2018.
But after many followup they said they will re-umber the amount. But for my surprise they aloted units on 3-Feb-2018 for the NAV price of 8-Jan-2018.
I hope you can understand and correct the units price to 23.861 as per 2-Feb-2018
or you can refund back my amount Rs 50,000/- fully.
