Mess is not ready to pay bill amount

In Nagpur city there is one women government hostel. ANJALI MESS have contract to make a food for student. We supplied Bio Coal to make the food. They are our costumer. We gave them bills of good which is taken by him. But he is not agree to accept bills. And he used all goods which is send by us. The bill amount is INR 10800/-. We request you please help us. Thank You.
