On 25/9/06 invested in Pancard Clubs - Royal Membership Scheme where in offer price was 24640.00 with MV of 74800.00 for a period of 9 years having Maturity Date: 28/9/15; Upon maturity after surrendering Original policy, they issued Post date cheque dated 16/1/2016 which got dishonored & even after sending demand letter they are not responding. Nor they are respond on phone calls. When visited their office, they are asking to surrender the dishonored cheque & against which they will be effecting NEFT trf after 4 to 5 months. They are not willing to give any documents for returning their dishonored cheques. Nor they are giving interest from maturiy date to till date. They just replied that they are processing to disbursed their properties & upon selling of their properties they will pay our dues.
