Land Property Amount Not Refunding

Hello We have invested 2 Plots in Atlantis Park Indore in 2013-14 and have paid amount of Rs. 4L for 2 Plots since 2 Years the Project has been not yet initialized and we demand refund. The Owner of the Project (Shankeshwar Developer) & and the Mediater of the Project Mr. Girish( agent to sell out the Land or plot) are refusing to pay our money back. since 2 Years after being continiously following them they are giving our money back due to which we have to put our belongings in the bank and we are paying interest for it. also we have alted some amount from market and we are paying also the Huge Interest. Kindly help us out.....
