Complaint against withdrawal money

Hi,
My family have invested money in sahara parivar for fixed deposit in June 2016 and fixed deposit was matured in Dec 2018 but again they converted that deposit money and we are not able to withdraw that money back and agent(Frenchizer of sahara) is not responding for the same now.
Could you please discuss with central finance minister and central government because not only my family many people are suffering with sahara india pariwar.
