Respected Sir, I had invested in BASIL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED on 07/08/2009 in
REDEEMABLE PREFERENCE SHARE OF FACE VALU of Rs,14000/- for redemption
amount of Rs.31038/-, through ZONE-DIVISION Asansol. Date of redemption
07/02/2016,CIN of the company is U17225DL1997PLC087010, Registered Address:
GUPTA ENCLAVE, SHOP NO. 6, GALI NO. 6, VIKAS NAGAR NEW DELHI North
Delhi DL 110059 IN, Dated. But they are reluctant to refund my amount. Many e-mails
have been sent to their mail address as available under company details of MCA portal
(basil.sg2018@gmail.com) but I have not received any answer. I also complain
with the MCA portal. The SRN number is J00048227. But still, there is no progress
regarding my problem. I humbly request you to take necessary action to expedite the above mention process. Thanking you in anticipation, Yours faithfully Shri Shankar

    Sir,
    I had deposited an Amount of Rs.25000/ and again an amount of Rs.20000/ in Basil International Limited.Though the date of maturity has crossed but I could not get back the said amount till date.I request you to look into the matter as early as possible and take steps for the refund of the said amount,failing which I will the knock the doors of the court for this.The details of the deposits are mentioned below for your information.
    1. Amount- Rs.25000=00,Date of Allotment-01-11-2010, Date of redemption-01-11-2016, Redemption Value-Rs.53450=00, Folio No.-EE0212754, Certificate No.- 02294106
    2. Amount- Rs.20000=00, Date of Allotment-04-02-2013,Date of Redemption-04-08-2018, Redemption Value-Rs.40000=00,Folio No.EE1352415, Certificate No.00949957.
