Basil International Limited - Non Payment of Redeemable Preference Share after maturity

Sir, I am Dil Prasad Chhetri from Siliguri (WB). I have invested my money with Basil International Limited for purchasing redeemable preference certificate. The details are as under (a) on 02 Aug 2010 for Rs 100000/- (Rs one lac only), for 03 years (b) on 03 May 2013 for Rs. 136000/- (Rs. one lac thirty six thousand only) for 03 years (c) on 04 Feb 2013 I invested Rs. 200000/- (Rs. two lac only) in monthly payment scheme @ Rs. 1000/- pm for one lac for six years. But paid upto Jun 2013 only. SEBI had issued order on 06 Feb 2015 and again in Nov 2016 to refund the amount to the investor. But they have neither refunded my amount nor received any intimation from them regarding refund of money so far. Please do the needful to refund my money from Basil International Limited.
