After 15 years Maturity money not received - Sahara india commercial limited

My brother Kishore hemade have invested to sahara india commercial limited on January 2006 and maturity date is March 2018.i tried to call,mailed head office sahara but I didn't got any reply. I given complaint to consumer form National consumer complaints no- 1300158.i sent a mail to sebi also but empty hands only.
