Service disconnection and refund for 1 Mbps unlimited connection Veda Networks, Coimbatore

I had opted for 1 Mbps unlimited connection with them for 12 months (10,000/-). After a couple of months the service quality seemed to deteriorate. I requested them for disconnection and refund many times, they don't seem to respond. I had also paid 15,000/- for the device.
