Horrible service, low quality product

For the last few months I have had several issues withe the internet service being provided by Nextra. My account number is 6005347. Almost every week I have been complaining because the internet service is down. Usually the problem is resolved within the day but lately it takes more time to resolve and the time between complaints is reducing. There seems to be no real escalation mechanism since I have escalated to Nodal and Appellate officers without response. They also don’t seem to have a refund policy to compensate for those who have prepaid for these services. I never receive call backs from their system engineer so I sometimes think they don’t have any engineers in their employ.
