Excitel connection interrupted from last 5 days and no solution

I am facing the problem from last few months , connection interrupted and company doesn't bother.
Need to call or create tickets on their portal then they start working. and everytime took more than 2 days to resolve. now i have no connection from last 5 days.
i have asked them to refund my money but they told there is not policy as such.
still i am waiting for connection.

they charge me 6000 rupees for installation only initially,if i want to remove their connection shouldn't my money be refunded as i am fed up with their services.
