National insurance Ltd co - Not renewing my mediclaim policy

I am having my mediclaim policy from national insurance Co Ltd from the last ten years and paying premiums regularly
In July 2017 I was diagnosed with kidney failure and I am on dialysis since then I have claimed for reimbursement from the insurance Co for which some of my bills were cleared and some are due which are submitted
now when I went to their office for
renewal of the policy they are not renewing it saying they will not renew the same without saying any reason
The renewal date is 21st February 2018 please look into this matter urgently
