application denied for reimbrusment

I have policy from HDFC Egro policy no -2825 2026 6852 8703 000, i had admited for my daughter on 27/06/200 and discharged on 28/06/2022.
I registerd claim on mediclaim but still they are not reimbushed and sent me letter for cancellation of policy in august which policy i purchased on march.
