Dear sir, this is Abdul Jaleel Shaik I had used and idea postpaid num 9640110007, when I was buying a sim they told me that they will give you an montly 15 GB data and unlimited calls..... With rs 399 per month and gst additional I agreed and took that sim .... At that time of activation of my num I got a call from customer care and they told that they will give only 8 gb data per month..... And unlimited calling I agreed that also ....And I got some amount of bill may be 300 for first 10 days I paid that amount.... At the time of second month bill they send me 1200 and more ..... I called to customer care and told them why they are add that much amount to pay they said that I had spoken to customer care that I asked for more data every month but I didn't use my data also how can I ask I told them they told that they had an voice clip that o had call and ask... I said k if I asked for that please send that I will pay I said but they didn't send any voice clip and they cut my outgoing and data .... For next mnt but they generate bill for that month also..... I send them mail on last mnt but no reply from them today morning they call to my alternative num at that time I was sleeping.... I didn't lift they call .... They call to my friends and family that these person I not lifting our call he has to pay bill ..... What the people and family will think about my character sir... How they call with out permission ..... Please do justice for me ..... Thanking you
