I want to complaint against big name fame hospital they are not here to serve while here to cheat or loot.
I want to hospital on 16th may 2020, because of my hand fracture and lockdown effect is too much in city so the small clinic and hospitals were closed, and I was in need, there was no rule of social distancing too much rushed.
Well, today I am complaining because of the hospital is asking unreasonable charges... only 5 mins taken for plaster and other things and they charged me 4662/- for all the things, the bandage costing is not more than 250rs. But and few cotton only. Now I asked to the hospital authorities and than they said maam we are big name, our doctors invested a big amount to study to unhone bandage ki h to ye reasonable hn..... being a lower middle class this is a huge amount for me just for a bandage.
And moreover this is not right that hospitals are taking charges according to their moods.
Please give some solution and take strict action against these type of hospitals.
