Sir/Madam, the patient with above details in need of her medical report via mail. For that I have paid charges of Rs.50/- and herewith I have attached the receipt of the same.
Kindly do the needful. Thank you ...above this matters I mailed (retina@aravind.org) yesterday no reply for it and I called so many times no answer for it !!! Please kindly send her medical report for further proceedings to her treatments ....
