Complaint against Dr. Chataniya & medical staffs for misguiding and rude behaviour during consul

To begin, with great expectation I visited the hospital today the 26th of April 2023 as the marketing dept called me to come and get an appointment to meet a urologist for my kidney stone surgery. I visited the medical & the advisor took me to the insurance dept where we had our discussion & was brought to the DWC Hospital no-8294872. On the reception I got my card & a file after I paid Rs.600 but later the nurses said you cannot meet a urologist. So I have to exchange it but again they asked me to pay another Rs.800. I was shocked I didn't even meet a doc till now & they were asking for more money. But I didn't pay that, Finally i paid Rs.300 more & my card was exchanged by the helped of the head nurse.
Now than it is about the Doc. I was appointed to meet Dr. Sanjay so the nurse call him but I was asked to come down to a another hospital numbering at 3rd floor. But after the agent advised that the patient is of DWC so he need to come up. I waited for more time than there came a Doc by the name Dr. Chataniya. I showed him my previous reports & test done on 13th of April 2023 almost 2 weeks from today. But the doc ask me to get another CT scan done & than to meet him by tomorrow. Which will cost me another consultation fee. I said I can't afford paying again for consultation but at this the doc said i have spent 15-20lakhs in studies. Whatever i charged you is for sharing my knowledge to you. Also saying that he charged the lowest for urologist consultation. If you want your surgery done you will have to come again tomorrow & also pay my consultation fee. This was absolutely not acceptable. He was more like a cone business man rather than a doc.

Then, now I asked for my insurance approval as told by the insurance dept in the hospital to get it approved from the doc. But the Doc refused it & said that if I need the approval than I had to get admited by today & release on the day Monday. But again said the surgery day cannot be fixed as of now since we will have to discuss with our admins & operation dept. I was shock at his answer. I was also shocked when the doc said the lazor machine in the hospital is not working hence we will need to give a different operation. In a big medical institution how is it possible.
Again for the last time I asked the Doc to give the insurance approval so that I can come back on a particular day but the Doc totally refused it. I don't know why. Is it because that he was not Dr Santosh/Dr Sanjay but was Dr. Chataniya.. who wasn't appointed.

I want the medical admins to look into it & get my queries resolved at the earliest and refund my money as I didn't get consultation by the appointed Doc or else I will need the hospital to reappoint me the right Doc and also get my insurance approved so that I can go for my surgery.
