उपरोक्त विषयांतर्गत लेख है कि आपके हॉस्पिटल में ब्रेन हेमरेज के इलाज हेतु वर्ष 2003 के माह मार्च के लगभग अंतिम सप्ताह में भर्ती दिनांक से लेकर 1 अप्रैल 2003 के आसपास डिस्चार्ज हुई 75 वर्षीय महिला श्रीमती दादनबाई पति विधामल बदलानी की बीमारी के उपचार बिल ,विस्तृत भर्ती रिपोर्ट,जाँच रिपोर्ट निम्न पते पर पहुँचाने का कष्ट करें |
