Leakage Problem in R-7/D-17 House

Sir, I am residing at Old Rajnagar , Sector -7 and the House number is D-18.
I am facing leakage problem in R-7/D-17 and requested to owner Mr. Ram Been Yadav but he has not yet taken any action. He is himself not residing in said House and given on rent basis to someone (KABADI Wala) for commercial issue and therefore keeping second hand purchased goods.

There are chances that current should flow in our entire house and there are very much chances of causalities with my family members .

I request you to kindly depute your Old Rajnagar Incharge to see personally and take immediate action.

Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciate.
