Harassment calls from Mahindrs company

Dear Sir, I got the mobile number 9423606709,Some unknown person took the housing loan and fraudulently furnished my mobile number in their details.Several times I told their Telecaller that I am holding this number since last fifteen years and do not disturb me, but every alternate day some unknown person from Mahindra finances company calls me for repayment of pending loan.This type of companies behavior is disturbing me and passing through a mental agony. It is kindly requested to file a case of mental agony and harassment.
