Paytm and Amazon - Regarding hacking and deduction from my credit card

My card has been used through Paytm service and Amazon services without my knowledge from 17-08-2017 to 26-12-2017 and amount has also been deducted without my knowledge. I need all the deducted amount back to my account otherwise I will take some legal action regarding this.
