Dear Sir,
APSRTC has this habit of repeatedly cancelling bus services that don't have enough booking and they put the passengers at a very large inconvenience. Also they don't refund the full amount for the cancelled services. Pls see below.
They deduct Rs.7 as charges for their cancelled services which is not passenger's fault.
Pls take appropriate action.
