Hello sir,
I am completing regarding the MSRTC reservation .The bus Pune to Kopargaon was canceled without intimating to the passenger and also subsequent arrangement was not done by the MSRTC. Infect the ticket do not have Helpline No. when I call the Enquiry person at Kopargaon Depo he was not having the information that the bus was canceled or stop from 1 month still the online reservation was done. MSRTC have Refunded my money but my request is that –
1. Penalty to MSRTC for misleading the customer (Refunding amount must be double and should make subsequent arrangement )
2. Add Helpline No thicket .
3. All bus stand phone no. on MSRTC site

Sir I fequently go to roha but there is not reservation from lonavala & no boarding option from lonavala so plze try to put reservation from lonavala.
