I would like to express my disappointment over the service provided to me while travelling from Pune to Miraj on 22nd March 2016 on the bus which starts from Pune at 6:30 pm. I have been charged full fare till Miraj for a Volvo bus but was asked to travel to Miraj in a Tempo Traveller from Peth. We were asked to vacate the bus and board a tempo traveller on the Highway at 11:00 pm in the night. This was not informed to us till the very last moment. This was shocking for a reputed company like Konduskar to provide such kind of services. We have paid for our travel till Miraj but your service was only available till Peth. This is the violation of passengers rights.
