IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF OFFICERS CALLING FROM HO AGAINST THE COMPLAINT

1. I did buy Ola Pass from this company which entitles me to a flat rate of Rs 50/- upto 8 Kms but on 01-11-2016(OSN 248742517) they have charged me Rs 107/- for travelling less than 8Kms. While asked about the refund they are saying it is not point to point travelling but it is fare captured by Device by them, is this not CHEATING?
2. On 06- 10 -2016 I booked share (OSN 214805003) for two persons but one of us has to get down as drivers device was showing as one person can travel, they have refunded the money but is this not insult to customer and what penalty is imposed on Driver, Device and company itself. Is this not CHEATING?
3. I booked the service OSN 242310049 but the company cancelled the booking and did not provide the option and still they have charged me Re 1/-. While we make cancellation they charge us handsomely but in this case instead of charging Driver, Device and company itself they have again charged Customer for no fault of Customer. Is this not CHEATING??
4. Today again I have booked vide CRN 442853796 , in this case they have charged me for 8.8Kms whereas it cannot be that much but the company says it well within the range, Is this not CHEATING???
Have you allowed them to do the cheating business in our country , why a CBI is not set up to look into the matter as you will find there is a Scam going on in this company and every citizen of India is paying into their Scam Kitty collected in India.
