Worst service,always delayed,arrogant bus drivers and customer care,paying for flexibility as they claim in their synopsis but restricted to opt only in registerd bus,buses do not stop at my stop,never seen registered bus on time very pathetic and poor management, bus drivers behaves like they are doing favoure on us. Useless and painful service

    Conductor of bus R19 dropped me out of bus. My schedule is at 5:30 on R 33 drop.
    I boarded R19 which I use regularly for drop. I boarded once R33 and driver said it doesn't go deluxe chowk pimpri and he dropped me bhosari .Today R19 refused me to board today.
    What shall I do now?
    This is pathetic situation why I have to suffer if I paid you for the ticket and your system issues.
    I would look for an option to escalate this matter into public forum. Which would affect your reputation. I clicked on useless panic button and called customer care which is always busy.

    Hi Metrozip Team,

    I have tack Metrozip bus for 15 day (starting date from 28 Aug to 15 sep 2018) from Aundh (stop DAV public school ) to
    hinjewadi phase 3.

    But i have face lat of problem with Metrozip bus is running late (1 hours to 2 hours) in morning time and evening time both and maximum time Metrozip bus is cancel. i am got message for cancellation from Metrozip bus is canceled you can tack another Metrozip Bus.
    But other Metrozip bus driver is say i am not board you ,"I am not understand why and why you can send message you can board another metrozip bus when you know that another metrozip bus is not boarding me".so that i have face
    a lot of problems with Metrozip so that I want cancle my next all Metrozip.

    please let me know if you want any other details.

    and cancel my all next Metrozip and refund my money in my account.

    Just you can tell me process for refunding my money,in the app say no refund process ,but you can provided this type of services i can't accept

    My Complaints is he say i am not refund any money when i am canceled Metro zip services
