Cigna TTK Hacking of my health insurance policy

This is to inform you that my policy no. PROHLR010406982 with effect from 15 th march 2017,I am withdrawing the policy because my policy details has been hacked from ERGO by Mr Amithsingh contact no.7045133100 representative of cignattk insurance so i am not satisfied not with your terms and conditions and your representative approach.

kindly refund my policy amount at the earliest.
