I transferred my gas connection on 06 Apr 22 from Sri Gokhula Indane Danapur Bihar. My consumer no is CX23381875. First mistake they made by not signing the transfer voucher. Then the person named Ranjan who handed me the transfer voucher did not refund the amount of Rs 2650 saying that instant money will not be handed over. it will be handed over in 10 days.
I am unable to get a new connection at Guwahati without the signature of Distributor. I am not able to contact the agency because they are not picking up the phone.
