Subsidy not receiving and My consumer id and LPG id is not availing Online

I, Mahesh Desai consumer of Meghani Indane Gas Agency(Distributor Code:- 112175) Ahmedabad, Gujarat-382330. I have booked my gas cyliner in month of Feb and March. I have got delivery of same too but i have not received any subsidy till date. I have complaint for that in Meghani Indane Gas Agency but they are not responding and saying that ask online we are not able to help you. I have complaint online too but customer care services saying that you are not registered consumer and your Consumer ID, LPG ID, S.V. No. and Mobile number are fake. I again complaint for registration matters to Meghani Gas Agency but they are not listening.
Meghani Gas Agency and Online Customer Care Services are not taking my complaint seriously and none of them are helping me to get my subsidy.
So, i request you to please help me to get my Gas Subsidy as soon as possible.
