I have submitted my subsidy form no.-12286 with all my proof to my HP gas distributor (SURAT GAS COMPANY) on 17-02-2015.But due to my distributor's mistake, my subsidy amount is not being transferred to my bank ac till Dec. 2015. I have complained to the distributor, they told me that it is not our mistake and not our duty to get you subsidy amount, you must fight with govt. because govt. had not give you the subsidy.
