(Senior citizens) cylinder not providing from last 8 days

I booked cylinder from my registered mobile number of urja Indane gas agency parvati they just told me that we are delivering your cylinder from last 4 days and but not yet delivered to my House
And problem is that my father and mother is staying their and
they are senior citizens
And I am not in Pune to visit and take cylinder
The cylinder was empty from last 3 days and they were unable to make and eat food.
Pathetic service provided by the provider
Kindly requesting for complaint against them.
