dear sir,

i have a gas connection in the name of my father shri sukhnandan jain card no-492526 and consumer no-19635 distributor code 07417543 distributor name-damoh gas service city damoh (m.p) issuing company-IOCL .i make a complain against this gas company .because without any notice and any information they cut my connection.after all these thing my mother who s age is 50 and his health is also not good after this she is daily going the office of this company in this hot weather but the employees always gives so many excuse and my brother and me try to call in this office but the officer always told that the manager is not at this tym and they directly hold our call.they also give the excuse that the system is under updation and also told that they give the connection when government realse his new police. i want to know that why government hold these connections and under which policy they give the connection .our pm is working for our better life but this is the actuality in the government offices.i want to know how much more time they need to fix my problem and there wise they at least told the actual problem and solution for this .after this complain i hope something happen with my problem.

    still my problem not resolved after one month.how many reminder need IOCL to resolve my complain.i socked to resolving complain process of company to call to close the compain and no call to ask the compalin hasbeen resolved or not totally not satisfief with IOCL COMPANY.Hope this time it resolve otherwise next time i have to take more strong action against the company.card no-492526 and consumer no-19635 distributor code 07417543
