As per rules,the agency need to deliver the refilled cylinder at our door step.But they jusy vist anytime.people don't come to when when they arrived.They are not providing door step service.Inspite of this people need to wait for the vechile on road to see when is it ariving. They need to wait for 2-3 days.I myself waiting for 4 days seeting nearby road.They don`t even answer the ph. calls.I want proper action must be taken against them.I even submitted a complain bit did not get any replay.
