Paying extra without bill cylinder booking

Hi Sir/Mam,
I am asked to pay extra of 100 rupees each time I receive a cylinder. It has been said as delivery charge. However they did not give any bill. When I checked with Indian Oil Copr's customer care phone number, they said that there is no such thing required. From my point of view it is a corruption. Please take necessary action. The same LPG agent sells either Presser Cooker or induction stove as compulsory when we register LPG.

    Sir,
    Arumugam Indane Gas dealer has made it compulsory to buy stove, pan, cooker from them for any new connection even if we do not need the product. It has been 10 days since I requested for a new connection and I have still not got the cylinder. Rude people on call. Asked me to pay Rs 100 every time for delivery. Is that standard procedure ??
