I myself Pratap Kumar satapathy having consumer no.12099.I have transferred my gas from angul odisha to jagdalpur with proper transferred paper.I am residing ng in jagdalpur :c/o-binod pathak,near maitrasangh gali,Shankar mandir,jagdalpur, bastar,pin-495001.mob no.09425592247,

My wife had gone 5 times in this week,but your person _refused. To do in every time.we are facing lot of problem without gas having proper documents.they are not listening also and not seeing the papers.
