Non delivery of Gas, receiving mails that the booked gas has been delivered

I am receiving mails that the booked gas(901114) has been delivered to me vide Cash memo No. 3000047982. This is a fraud.
I am yet to receive the booked gas. Anand gas Service, Ashok Nagar, Ranchi does not respond to repeated phone calls.
I have to run after the delivery van to get a gas.
This is their regular malpractice. I always lodge a complaint with the IOL but to no avail.

I am a senior citizen.
