Sir/medam, I am a consumer bearing no. cX24969824 in m/s nongpok sekmai jcd indane gramin vitarak thoubal, manipur and made a booking on 25/02/2020 vide receipt no 5948, but till date no filled cylinder delivered by the distributor. Request advice concern to take needful action as I am facing lots of hardship due to non availability of cylinder during ongoing country wide lockdown.
