The cylinder was booked on 2nd of may 2017 and on the given address continuously we are present.
I received a message for cancellation of the cylinder with an instruction to visit the agency.
I contacted the agency on 13 the of may.after moving from one table to another for half an hour i was assured that the cylinder will be delivered next day.but so far delivery is not made.
Last month also cylinder was not delivered on the plea that no one was on the given address.
The vendor charges 30-50 rs over the booked charge of the cylinder.
Please lookinto the matter.
