I AM SUPARNA SAHA DAUGHTER OF LATE SUBHAS CHANDRA SAHA AND
JHARNA SAHA. I WROTE HERE IN FAVOUR OF MY MOTHER JHARNA SAHA. I WANT TO LODGED A COMPLAINT AGAINST OUR LPG DISTRIBUTOR. OUR LPG DISTRIBUTOR IS M/S KARCO DISTRIBUTORS.24/2, POTTARY ROAD.KOLKATA-700015. SAP CODE-140427. I SUPARNA SAHA AND MY BROTHER WENT TO DISTRIBUTORS OFFICE SEVERAL TIME TO CHECK OUR BOOKED CYLINEDER STATUS. BUT WE DID NOT GET ANY POSITIVE RESULT. LAST 31.05.2015 MY MOTHER JHARNA SAHA BOOKED A CYLINDER. BUT TILL TODAY WE NOT GET THAT BOOKED CYLINDER. MY MOTHER CONSUMER NO - CX19078805 .WITH REF NO.705190. TILL TODAY THE DISTRIBUTOR ALSO SAID THAT THEY HAVE NOT ENOUGH DELIVERY BOY. WHEN SECOND TIME I AND MY MOTHER JHARNA SAHA GO TO THEIR OFFICE THEY SAID THEY HAVE SERVER PROBLEM. PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION WHICH WILL HELP US TO GET OUR BOOKED CYLINDER QUICKLY AND WE DON'T FACEDTHIS LIKE PROBLEM IN FUTURE.
