Massage received cylinder delivered but still not received.

Dear Sir,

My agency name Gauri Enterprises, Distributor address:- Shop no-48-49, Raj Nagar , Dada dev shop.com, Palam , New Delhi-110077,My consumer no-25731 registered Mr.Jangi Prasand, I booked my cylinder with reference no- 2-000174333972 dated 20th jan 2020, I got massage against cash memo invoice no- 5-100187493468 dated 27th Jan 2020,it has been delivered cylinder , but still we were not received yet cylinder. please looking my request on urgent bases. I m facing lots of problem due to not received cylinder.. its humble request take action my request.
