Hello Team,

I Ajay Kumar Singh, HP Gas consumer no.620837. I have booked the cylinder on 28th Oct 2016 and the same has been delivered on 07th Nov 2016 but as per the record a another cylinder was booked from my account on 07th Nov 2016 and the same has been delivered on 09th Nov 2016 but I have not booked any cylinder on 07th Nov 2016 and not even receive the cylinder afterthat.

I want to know that where the cylinder was delivered and who booked the same??

Its clearly showing that ARYAVEER HP GAS SERVICE (19668500) is miss using my account and they has issued a subsidize cylinder to other for their personal benefit.

Here I request you to please take it seriously and credit one subsidize cylinder in my account.
