I guess the delivery person must be getting salary for delivering gas

To the best of my knowledge, I guess the delivery person must be getting salary for delivering gas to each and every consumers. In spite of this he also used to demand for extra money, which is generally 40 to 50 (in rupees). Which is illegal.
I, as a concern citizen of this (Darbhanga, Bihar) request you to please take appropriate action against this.
