Have book my cylender before 4 days ago.but cylender not received by agencies.

I have book my cylender before 4 days ago.but cylender not received by agencies.and not give gas cylender home delivery. Always I pick up my cylender from agencies.
Not proper timing cylender receiving.
I want my gas cylender home delivery in booking under 4to 5 days .
Very bad service by ruchita gas agency.

I case my problem not solved .I go to consumer court for my justice.
