Gas leakage, no respond from the gas distributor..

The gas distributor have delivered the LPG cylinder but it was literally leaking.. I could hear the hissing sound coming from the new cylinder and the whole rooms were fill with gas smell..i call the delivery man at 6pm..he said he will come and check it out.. Waited till 8.40pm..but he still didn't show up.. Is it something to be ignore?? I live in the building where almost 30-40 members resides.. He kept on saying Kuch nahi hoga.. It may be a silly one for them but it is not for us.. I have been waiting..scared even to on the gas to cook.. He stop receiving my call after 8.40pm.. This is so inhuman..
