Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that my wife Mina Devi applied a new Gas connection through Online website her Ref. No.N 16122618021449866338 dated 26.12.2016. After checking my all supporting documents the company release my connection on 30.12.2016 through my g-mail and advise to collect the connection after payment of rs. 5420 to distibutor for double cylinder connection but distibutor not accepting my cash and force me for offline connection for rs. 6500 for one cylinder and double cylinder 9000 the Distributor name is MAMTA INDANE saran,bihar. As there is no male person at my house, and my father's age is 85 yrs old, my wife so many times present at Distributor's office but they misbehave my wife. Please solve my complain as early as possible. Also note that I have complain through your Help Line vide complain No.2888605 and Feedback vide Complain No.2890172 , my mobile number- 8294293223
