Gas booked cylinder not received and subsidy amount credited in bank account

Dear Sir,

I had booked gas cylinder on 8th July 2015 , consumer no :CX2771658. I have not received my gas cylinder till date. On 10th I got sms from my bank that an amount of Rs.190/- has been credited on account of Gas subsidy. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue as till date gas booked by me has not been delivered to my home.

Surjeet Fuel Depo Agency, R K Puram, New Delhi is not picking up the phone. Pls help.
