GAS BILL NOT RECEIVED SINCE 4 MONTHS

We have not received VMC gas pipe bill since 4 month after connection and also billing name is in correct found during meter reading two times,also intimate to gas office and replied that job card is not prepared,billing cycle is two months but this is 4the month.Already complain by email,call and on webpage but no action taken
